If you need care and are uninsured, this clinic will take great care of you. All the people I interacted with were cordial, helpful and made me feel very at ease. I will be back because I finally found a clinic that lives up to my expectations of quality care. Thanks to the staff for the work you do, you are greatly appreciated.

Rude staff that act like they hate their jobs and hate dealing with the people that come in. Was lied to twice by them and they acted rude to me the entire time when all I wanted was something simple but they acted like they couldn’t be bothered. Absolutely terrible people that give government services the reputation it deserves.

Rude and useless staff. I've been waiting 3 months to see a neurologist. They lied and said it was my fault, then denied lying (even though I have it recorded). My food benefits are about to get cut-off because of their useless and unprofessional behavior. Zero work ethic and just play the blame game instead of doing the jobs they are paid - with our tax dollars - to do.

They always get my information messed up. I don't feel safe with this place being in charge of my health. There was literally no record of me being here last year but I still come back. I need a new health department.

Public service is a tough role to play by itself... but public service as the health department is a whole other animal. I've only had to come here a handful of times over the years to pick up copies of birth or death certificates and I have always had a great experience. Kind and helpful.
